Our History

Our story didn’t start in a boardroom—it started with a passion. Fifteen years ago, Jean-Pierre founded this business as a dedicated side hustle, spending over a decade perfecting our authentic French recipes and building a community.

In 2024, the dream took a massive leap forward. Jean-Pierre was joined by his son as an official business partner, bringing fresh, creative ideas to the table. Combining fifteen years of culinary mastery with a bold new vision, they took the business completely full-time.

Fifteen years and counting—and we are just getting started.

We started with a passion for traditional French Alpine food, perfecting the rich, comforting layers of authentic Tartiflette. As the street food scene evolved, so did we. Today, we’ve taken that decade and a half of expertise and channeled it into the ultimate street food experience: premium, melted Raclette sandwiches served hot, fast, and with a side of theatrical flair.
